Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the call-answering and lead-capture service (the "Service") provided by Berrada Ventures LLC, doing business as DistrictCall ("DistrictCall," "we," "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
DistrictCall provides an AI-powered agent that answers calls on behalf of a subscribing business when the business is unable to answer directly, gathers relevant information from the caller, and delivers that information to the business as a lead, typically by text message. The Service uses automated, AI-generated responses to interact with callers; it does not replace human judgment for pricing, contractual commitments, or decisions requiring the business owner's direct involvement.
Subscription & Billing
- The Service is offered on a month-to-month basis at the price presented at signup (currently $149/month), unless a different term is agreed in writing.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise stated at signup.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your business to callers, or to direct the Service toward any use case other than legitimate customer call handling for your business.
Accuracy of AI-Handled Interactions
While DistrictCall is built to accurately capture caller information, automated systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing leads delivered by the Service and following up directly with callers as needed. DistrictCall does not guarantee that every detail captured will be complete or error-free.
Text Messaging
By using the Service, you and, where applicable, your callers may receive text messages related to lead delivery, account status, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time; reply HELP for assistance.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DistrictCall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. You may cancel your subscription at any time as described above.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
