This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, whether you're a DistrictCall customer or someone calling or texting a business that uses DistrictCall.

Customer (business) information: business name, contact name, phone number, email address, service area, and business details provided during onboarding.
Caller information: when someone calls or texts a phone number connected to DistrictCall, we may collect their name, phone number, the details of their request, and the content of the conversation, in order to deliver an accurate lead to our customer.
Usage data: call and message logs, timestamps, and basic technical data needed to operate and improve the service.

How We Use Information

To answer calls, capture lead details, and deliver those leads and call transcripts to our customers by text message, email, or other agreed method.
To send account-related messages, service updates, and monthly reporting to our customers.
To maintain, secure, and improve the DistrictCall service.
To comply with legal obligations.

SMS & Calling Consent

Customers of DistrictCall opt in to text messages by checking the consent box on our website contact form or on the onboarding form they receive after speaking with us. These messages are limited to lead notifications, account updates, service alerts, and responses to your inquiry; we do not send marketing text messages. Callers who reach a business that uses DistrictCall and request a callback may receive a single confirmation text summarizing their request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information below.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through SMS consent is not shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

How We Share Information

We share caller and lead information only with the specific DistrictCall customer (business) that the call or message was directed to. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate DistrictCall (such as our communications and hosting infrastructure providers), solely for the purpose of delivering the service, and only under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes.

Data Security

We protect the information we hold using industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage with our infrastructure providers, and access limited to the personnel and systems that need it to deliver the service.
